Common Sense and Procedures
-Failure to read and post your application properly may held against you. We will not remind you of or fix your mistakes.

-You must Sign up on the forum with your IN-GAME NAME.

-No alternative characters in the guild. Your main character must be in the guild.

If your application has been denied, the earliest you can re-apply is 30 days from your last application. If you're denied more then 3 times, we suggest you look into another guild.

-If you do not reply to a question or place an appropriate reply to your application within 48 hours, it means you have voluntarily withdrawn from your application. The only exception will be if you contact a recruiting officer/Admin/Mod on why you cannot post on the forum.

-Falsely using a guild member as a referral will hurt your application. A friend that referred you is someone you actually know; not just met or someone on your friends list. A referral is someone who knows who you are, personality and background-wise.

Your application will be concluded when an ADMIN/Moderator states "Application Approved" or "Application Denied". You will know it's an ADMIN/Moderator after the thread is locked. Until then, be patient and good luck! All decisions may be final. There are a few incidents where we changed our minds at the last minute. Of course we will notify you in game if the status is changed.

Remember, first impressions mean everything.

Active
-Someone who enjoys exploring all the game's content. Sometimes it’s about the journey, not the destination.

Mature
-Applicants are not limited by age, but they must be intelligent, considerate, have a sense of humor, and enjoy friendly competition. In addition, we abhor drama; we’re all here to have a good time.

Motivated
-Self-driven to discover possibilities and be proactive in your play. Don't wait around for a group when you could be getting one started yourself!

Reliable
-We consider communication one of the most important aspects to a successful guild. While joining an event with others, please make time to and for that event. If you plan on being absent, please notify a senior member, officer, or leave a message here on the forum.

Skillful
-Evolving and adapting to an ever-changing gaming environment. Your past knowledge and experience of game mechanics, investing time to research, and/or test new possibilities.

Leaving Guild
-If you leave the guild, you must wait three months before you are able to re-apply. An exception can be made if you receive an officer's approval prior to leaving the guild.
